1. About Us

Revive Salon & Institute (“Revive”, “we”, “us”) operates beauty salons and a professional beauty training institute in Pakistan, with branches in DHA Phase 5 Lahore, Bahria Town Lahore, Gulberg Gujrat, Kharian and Jhelum. Our website is revivesalon.pk.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp or by visiting any of our branches. Walk-in clients are welcome, but booked appointments are given priority.
• Please arrive on time. If you are significantly late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly inform us as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another client.
• For bridal and special-event bookings, an advance payment may be required to confirm the date. Advance payments for bridal bookings are non-refundable if cancelled close to the event date, as the slot is reserved exclusively for you.

3. Salon Services

• All services are performed by trained professionals using quality products in a hygienic and safe environment, with separate sections for men and women.
• Results of beauty treatments (such as hair color, skin treatments or keratin) can vary from person to person depending on hair and skin type. Our team will always advise you honestly before a treatment.
• Please inform your stylist or beautician of any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions before your service. We are not responsible for reactions caused by conditions that were not disclosed to us.
• If you are not satisfied with a service, please tell us before leaving the salon or within 48 hours, and we will do our best to make it right.

4. Academy & Courses

• Enrollment in a course is confirmed once the registration and applicable course fee (or agreed installment) has been paid.
• Course fees are generally non-refundable once classes have begun. If you cannot continue a course, speak to our academy team — options such as deferring to a later batch may be available at our discretion.
• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course requirements and attendance.
• Students are expected to maintain respectful behaviour, regular attendance and care of academy equipment and premises.

5. Prices & Payments

• Prices for services and courses are available at our branches and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed (for example, bridal advance payments or course installments).
• Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your contact details are never shared or sold to third parties, and your personal information is kept highly secured. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use and protect your information.
